Welcome to Fohr Ground: a podcast about personalities in the influencer space hosted by Fohr’s Marketing Director, Tim Jeffreys.

In episode 18, Tim sits down with content creator Sarah Bryant a.k.a. Sarah LouWho. It was just three years ago that she had a following of 800. After cutting her hair to her signature pixie cut and going viral, she began to create content—a side hustle that quickly overtook her full-time job running a telecommunications company in Florida. Last year, she met with Fohr CEO James Nord who convinced her that she could turn her gig into a full-time career. Today, she lives in New York City and creates content for over 355,000 people on Instagram.

As someone who likes to try everything once, Sarah jumped into the influencer space head first and quickly made it her passion. She was recently named one of 24 Sephora Squad finalists from a pool of over 16,000 applicants. The program is a yearlong partnership with Sephora.

In this episode, she gets into detail on the ways she fosters and engages with her community, her approach to brand partnerships, and the connection she has with other women who cut their hair short. Hearing her story, it’s clear how she managed to grow her account into what it is today. For influencers of any following size, she offers plenty of insight on being authentic with your audience and cultivating brand relationships in the long run.
