Welcome to Fohr Ground: a podcast about personalities in the influencer space hosted by Fohr’s Marketing Director, Tim Jeffreys.

In episode 21, Tim is joined by Carly Hill, a Senior Account Executive at Alison Brod PR. On the side, she runs her own blog and does a lot of paid work on her own. We wanted to have her on the show because of her experience bringing brand and influencer experiences into one holistic point of view.

Carly makes the most out of the 24 hours we have in each day, running campaigns for her company from 9 to 5 to completing her own collaborations with the rest of her time. Juggling both is no small endeavor which is why her passion is evident from the moment you meet her. She loves what she’s doing and it’s no fluke why she’s so successful.

She shares her upbringing in Michigan, how she came to New York and the influencer world, plus (most of all) how she manages essentially two full-time jobs and approaches work-life balance. Full disclosure: she’s also been working with Fohr for the past four years as a client, so she discusses the change she’s seen in the influencer world in that time.

For all influencers balancing a full-time career, there’s a lot to learn from Carly’s experience. If you’re attending Fohr U: Innovation Lab next Friday, June 14, she’s a familiar face you’ll want to remember. She’s speaking on the influencer panel alongside Jovel Roystan, Jess Ann Kirby, and Alyssa Coscarelli.
