As 2021 draws to a close and we look ahead to 2022, we reflect on our Q4 Fohr initiatives. We are pleased to share with you this report highlighting Fohr community updates and our ongoing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Mexico-based agency Band of Insiders.
Our amazing influencer community has always been global, but our team has always been based in New York City. As our company grows, we're constantly exploring ways in which we can expand our footprint internationally and bring our products and services to markets outside of the US.
From creativity to passion and innovation, Band of Insiders is an agency that holds many of the same core values that we do here at Fohr. They'll be on the ground in Mexico, working to set up in-market brands with Fohr tech and being partners in taking our services to new heights. We could not be more excited to partner with them in bringing Fohr to Mexico.
Our weekly newsletter for influencers highlights industry news and community updates. We know that while influencers are busy building brands and engaging with their communities, dozens of articles on the future of this industry, and their revenue potential, are published. Since starting our Fohr Community Facebook group for influencers over a year ago, we’ve grown to nearly 2,000 members. As our company volunteer initiative to give back to the community, the Fohr Team sorted and stamped ~40x boxes of books that will be donated to local schools, churches, community centers, and more. The local non-profit Brooklyn Book Bodega is to increase the number of 100+ book homes for kids 0-18 in NYC.
In November, the team held a Brunch and Learn for Trans Awareness Week during which our guest speaker, B.A. Schaaff (they/he) presented on best practices for gender diversity and inclusion.
